Cost of the H-1B Visa:

The registration fee for the H-1B lottery is $10.

For selected applicants, the employer incurs a $780 fee to file the FORM I-129 (Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker), or $460 for small employers and nonprofits. 

Additionally, costs vary based on company size, application expedited fees, whether the applicant is changing employers, and attorney fees.
